For our international partner based in Basel, we are looking for a qualified and motivated PMO OCM ASPIRE Support for a temporary contract of 12 months with a possible extension.
ASPIRE is a wide business transformation program that aims to deliver best-in-suite, user-centric digital solutions that will help manage our company as efficiently as possible. At the centre of ASPIRE is the Enterprise, the future of our current enterprise landscape.
ASPIRE is co-creating one harmonized process house across the enterprise, with SAP S/4HANA at its core - a technology that will replace existing and soon outdated SAP local and regional systems. By following a template approach within SAP, available to all entities around the globe, our core business processes will become more integrated, simplified, harmonized and scalable.
The OCM workstream of ASPIRE includes training and communications and the organisational structures needed to support deployment and sustainment of the ASPIRE program, whilst overseeing the associated projects such as SAP Global Template, myBuy, Supply Chain Planning OMP, iCollab, Analytics and Reporting.
Tasks
- Performance Management: As a major part of this function, the PMO integrates project status reporting across the work stream. The PMO gathers data about sub stream project progress and produce project status reports reviews
- The PMO investigates specific performance issues and communicates/escalates early warning signs of troubled work streams
- The PMO also establishes and enforces consistent performance reporting, KPI measurements and reporting
- The PMO acts as liaison between program PMO and PMO of the OCM stream to ensure deliverables are followed up
- Introduction of agile ways of working as a scrum master for the team
- Document-Management
- Support on PMO Tools
- Project Templates
- Hiring tracking, status reporting, follow up and establishing a process with external and internal vendors to ensure constant supply of business critical roles Budget tracking, planning, reporting and exchange with other workstreams on request and supply of positions
- Leads parts of projects and drives initiatives forwards
Must Haves
- Min. Bachelor degree (eg. in business administration or similar) or higher education
- Min. 3y + of experience in a similar role in a project environment – preferred in a global environment
- Management consulting background
- First experience in Scrum master/project management as an advantage
- Experience in Budget/Controlling & Procurement Tasks
- Experienced and good knowledge in Veeva/ Sharepoint/ GDrive / Google Suits/ Smartsheet
- Self-reliant, resilient, flexible and adaptable to project changing requirements
- Very good communication skills with internal and external business partners
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Is self-motivated, self-driven with a very high degree of reliability
- A can-do, positive mindset with collaborative and friendly manner, with a proactive open attitude
